As this is a two-year course, much like all other MBA programs, the syllabus covering all major industry-related topics is divided into four semesters. All these subjects help you build up your skills and help you learn industry-related topics to help you in your career.
In the first semester, students are taught marketing and economic principles, managerial effectiveness, ethics, finance, accounting, human resources management, quantitative techniques, and analytics. This semester focuses on introducing the students to the inner functions of the corporate industry.
In the second semester, students can expect to learn about consumer behaviour, entrepreneurship, acquisition and management, financial services, banking and insurance, and marketing management.
In the third semester, the syllabus delves into the industry with business strategy, operations, integrated management, communications, investment analysis, employee rewards, portfolio management, and optional electives. Students are free to choose any industry-specific subject they want to gain added knowledge of their preference.
In the final semester, students finish the course with retail and brand management, organisation development, wealth and behavioural finance, digital marketing, and data analytics and their elective. Along with these, students will also need to hand over their theses this semester. Other than that, there are various workshops and internships available throughout the course that you can take to enrich your industry knowledge and impress potential recruiters.
