125 PG Scholarships at University of Sheffield for 2024

Commencing in September 2024, international students enrolled in full-time PG programs at the University of Sheffield will be awarded a £5,000 grant towards their tuition fee. 

The University of Sheffield has announced offering 125 International Postgraduate Taught Merit scholarships. These scholarships support international students pursuing postgraduate programs, with studies starting in September 2024. Eligibility Criteria

1. Candidates must enroll to pursue their postgraduate program at the University of Sheffield in the autumn of 2024.
2. Candidates should have received an offer for a course that will be fully completed at the University of Sheffield. 
3. Candidates should be self-funded and must pay the international tuition fee to be eligible for this scholarship.
4. Candidates with sponsorship are not eligible for this scholarship.

Selection Criteria

The University of Sheffield has an assigned panel of senior staff who evaluate and select the strongest candidates matching the following criteria:

1. Applicants must provide examples of achievements that demonstrate excellence and initiative in voluntary, educational, or professional areas.
2. Candidates must be able to establish and highlight a clear connection between their achievements, future ambitions, and the postgraduate course that they have applied for at the university.
3. A strong academic record of the applicant is a must.

Application Deadline

The deadline for the scholarship application at the University of Sheffield is 1 pm on May 13, 2024. The results of the scholarship will be declared on June 10, 2024.
