The Occupational English Test (OET) is a globally recognized English language proficiency exam for healthcare professionals. It assesses candidates' ability to communicate effectively in medical and clinical settings.

Cambridge Boxhill Language Assessment conducts the test and is widely accepted for visa applications, professional registration, study, and employment in various countries. OET is available in two formats:

  1. OET on Paper at a Test Venue – Conducted in physical test centers worldwide.
  2. OET on Computer at a Test Venue – The computer-based version taken at designated centers.
  3. OET at Home (Computer-based) – A secure online version taken from home.

For 2025, the OET exam fee is INR 31,822 (AU$587), and the fee covers all four sub-tests:

  • listening
  • reading
  •  writing
  • and speaking.

This blog provides a detailed breakdown of OET exam fees 2025, helping candidates make informed decisions regarding their test booking and modifications. So let's get started!
