Q. How many years is Postgraduate?

In the United States, after finishing undergraduate studies, students can go for advanced degrees called postgraduate degrees. There are mainly two kinds: doctoral degrees and master's degrees. The duration starts from 5 years to 7 years and can go even longer. The duration also depends on the student's progress, discipline, and the nature of the research. Doctors and degrees in the United States include a doctor of philosophy and professional doctors in education, business, and psychology. These programs include coursework, original research, comprehensive exams, and doctoral dissertations. It contributes to new knowledge and research in the field. These are the general durations of the course. 

However, the education system of the United States might allow for variation. Some programs also offer accelerated options. So, many factors can influence the duration to complete these courses. These factors include the past academic background of the student and the requirement of a specific course. The United States system also allows students to enter into Ph.D. programs directly after completing a bachelor's degree. However, in some countries, a master's degree is required for PhD degree
