The Offenburg University of Applied Sciences was founded in 1967 as the only reputed state engineering school in Offenburg. It started with only two faculties of Mechanical Engineering and Electrical Engineering. In the year 1984, the university started having 1100 students and various faculties.

To be eligible for application and admission, students need to complete and submit a few entrance and language requirements. Offenburg University of Applied Sciences Admissions Requirements

Offenburg University of Applied Sciences offers admission to students based on academic record and completely on merit. There is no country-based quota system for students. Therefore, to get admission, there are some admission requirements and prerequisites that international students need to meet. However, confirming the below admission requirements will not finalize admission unless stated by the university.

• All the academic transcripts and academic records of full-time degrees, part-time decrease, diploma and certification courses along with the school leaving certificate need to be submitted in original. The documents and transcripts should be in either the English language or German language. If not, they should be translated by a legal translation authority body.
• Students need to submit their English language and German language test scores along with the university entrance scorecards. The test scores will not be applicable if they are more than one year old.
