Spread across 31 acres, the main campus of Dominican University hosts several buildings catering to various programs in addition to having 17 acres just for athletic fields and parking. The sprawling campus houses administrative buildings, several halls and auditoriums, a grand library and a diverse set of fitness centers.

Dominican University offers residential housing facilities to all students. The University offers residence halls and room preferences. Various types of accommodation facilities exist, including Murray Hall Suite Double, Power Suite Double, Power Hall Single, and others.

The students need to pay a housing deposit, which is $200  for new students and $50  for returning students.

Exam requirements for Dominican University

The candidates should meet the below criteria to apply for admission at Dominican University.

1. A total GPA of 2.75 on a 4.0 scale, with particular emphasis on grades in core high school subjects.
2. SAT minimum of 1060 or an ACT composite score of 21 (optional). They won't consider test scores while making admissions choices; nevertheless, they will accept them if they are given to them.
3. The following subjects should make up fourteen of the sixteen high school course units: English, mathematics, a foreign language, social studies, and laboratory science.
4. If you are an international student, then provide certified translations, official high school transcripts, and marksheets to the Director of International Enrollment through email at nencina@dom.edu.
5. Foreign applicants to Dominican University who are not native English speakers must submit documentation of their English language ability. A few accepted proofs are as below:

• Internet-based TOEFL IBT: 79–80 as the minimal score
• At-home required score of 79–80 on the TOEFL IBT test
• Paper TOEFL PBT: 79–80 minimal score
• A minimum score of 21 on the ACT's English and Reading sections and an 8 on the Writing component are also required.
• A minimum score of six on the International English Language Testing System (IELTS)
