Through courses and programs at its regional campuses, Morehead State offers convenient and reasonably priced education outside of its residential campus. Mt. Sterling campus the university serves students from Clark, Bath, Rowan, Montgomery, and other nearby counties and has a cutting-edge nursing lab. Students from Floyd, Johnson, Martin, Magoffin, and Pike counties attend classes at the Prestonsburg campus.

Traditional, suite-style, apartment-based, and university farm housing are all available at Morehead State University. 3 apartments, 6 different types of suites, and 3 classic resident halls are available. 

All applicants must meet the following admission procedures for applying to the courses at Morehead State University.

• You might be a first-time freshman if you are a recent college entrant. You might be regarded as a transfer student if you have some college experience but did not finish your degree. No matter your position, Morehead will guide you through this procedure.
• You need to register for an account, fill out the application, and pay the $30 charge. With the registrar's approval, you may apply at any time before the start of the semester.
• To submit your application, use the online application platform. Create an account to start if you're new. If you're coming back, sign in with your previously established account information.
• Send in more information. Transcripts, exam results, letters of recommendation, and any other documentation mentioned in the admissions information for the program you're interested in should be uploaded.
• For undergraduate entrance, Morehead normally does not require ACT or SAT exam results. However, specific programs, placement, and scholarship eligibility all have score requirements.

Applications are approved by their intake sessions. Below is a list of each session's due dates.

The following documents are required for applying to the degree courses at Morehead State University.

• Official transcripts of previously attended institutions and their translated scripts, if not in English

Exam Requirements for Morehead State University

The following test scores are required for applying to the degree courses at Morehead State University. 

• A high school GPA of at least 2.0 on a scale of 4.0 for undergraduate courses 
• A GPA of at least 3.0-3.5 for postgraduate courses
• The submitted optional SAT score range is 948-1223
• The submitted optional ACT score range is 20-26
• GRE/GMAT test scores are required for specific courses, and the preferred score is above 286.

International students must submit proof of their English proficiency.
