Niagara University has two campuses and 4 colleges that provide more than 80 different majors. Colleges include the College of Business, College of Education, and College of Arts and Sciences, among others. Niagara University offers reasonable and suitable accommodations. Students with disabilities are also provided with easily accessible housing. The various kinds of housing are as follows:

Clet Hall: Clet Hall is the closest building to the center of the university. When full, Clet can house 134 students in dorms with single, double, and triple occupancy options.

Eagle Circle Apartments: Each apartment suite has four students who share two bathrooms, a living room, and a kitchen, as well as a single bedroom. The campus residences are divided into six independent buildings, each with two stories and eight four-person units. 

O’Donoughue Hall: It is a four-story structure and lies between Lynch and St. Vincent's halls. At full capacity, OD can house 66 students in rooms that are largely single occupancy with a few doubles.

O'Shea Hall: It has a capacity of 429 students and creates an open community with a first-floor living space with brand-new furnishings, two 65-inch televisions, pool tables, a study room, and a kitchen area.

Varsity Village: Varsity Village residences have a maximum capacity of 68 students chosen through an application procedure. The homes are completely coeducational and consist of six independent residences with two stories each. 

Niagara University's admission process evaluates students based on their entire high school academic record, requiring a minimum of 16 academic units. An official high school transcript is a key component of a complete application.

The application process unfolds in three phases:

Phase 1 - Application Submission:

1. Apply online.
2. Attend a NUOP Zoom informational session.
3. Receive an email checklist requesting financial documents for consideration.

Phase 2 - Financial Documentation and Interview:

1. Provide the necessary financial documentation for an economic review.
2. Once reviewed, schedule an interview with a NUOP staff member.
3. NUOP staff conducts a final review of applicant information.

Phase 3 - Acceptance and Enrollment:

1. Accepted students receive an acceptance letter and NUOP contract via email and regular mail.
2. An acceptance deposit of $25 is required.
3. The orientation fee and housing deposit are waived.
4. A signed contract and deposit secure the roster spot.

For those not accepted, a rejection letter is sent via email.

Application fees are $30 for domestic applicants and waived for international applicants. Niagara University operates on a rolling admissions basis, so applications are accepted throughout the year, ensuring flexibility in the admission timeline.

Documents Required for Niagara University

UG Admissions:

International students at Niagara University are required to provide the following documents:

• Letter of recommendation
• An essay.
• Transcripts from the last institute attended.
• At the time of admission, a language proficiency test, such as the TOEFL, is required. In addition, students can take the IELTS exam in place of the TOEFL test. 
• Some courses allow students to submit their SAT results instead of the TOEFL or IELTS.

Graduate Admissions:

The following are the documents needed to apply to graduate programs:

• University transcripts in English.
• Two letters of reference
• Students who are not native English speakers must submit their TOEFL or IELTS results as proof of their English language ability.
• Students who want to enroll in graduate programs must have earned a degree that is equal to a bachelor's degree in the USA.
