When I joined the Adizes Institute Global Program, I was excited to deepen my understanding of a methodology I’ve applied as a consultant for more than a decade. It helped me to understand myself and my colleagues better. Through the Adizes Leadership styles framework and the Adizes Corporate Lifecycles, it's easier to understand why people behave in a specific way and predict what will happen.
I know to whom I need to talk about the problem – and to whom I should not talk; I know how to talk – and how not - about it in an adequate neutral language. This skill is special and unique: it's like a compass helping navigate the complex large structure.
