It fills me with a sense of success and provides me with energy all day long. I started running in college, and ever since then, it has remained a regular part of my regimen. 

Conclusion: It helps me decompress and clear my mind, which I find to be really beneficial.

Introduction: To stay in shape, I often practise yoga.
