The video below will show you how to construct bar graphs on Excel.
In the video above, you learnt how to build a bar chart to represent the top performing job categories (with respect to participation in the campaign). Through the data visualised by the bar chart, it was easy to interpret which category had the maximum participation in the marketing campaign.
Now, the upcoming video will discuss how you can make use of bar graph to find the job category that responded the most as 'Yes' to the campaign.
So, in the video, you learnt that data can be represented in simpler and easier terms by using pivot tables and creating bar charts.
It was found that the category 'management' had the highest number of positive responses as compared to the other job categories which participated in the campaign.
We will wrap up with one last bar chart on which job category had the highest response rate, that is the number of people of that category who responded positively divided by the total number of participants in that category.
Through the bar chart created in the video, it can be seen that students had the highest positive response rates as compared with other job categories. If you were the manager of this campaign, the next time you do such a similar campaign, probably, you would want to connect with more students through offline and online means.
In the next segment, you will look at another data visualisation tool -'pie charts'.
