So far in this session, you have used Excel to represent data in various charts. Now, in this segment, you will learn how to analyse a few of those charts in order to draw some important conclusions about the data. Let us listen to Thomas as he talks about this in the forthcoming video.

By analysing the bar charts, you learnt that the category with the highest response rate, i.e., the student category, was not able to participate well in the campaign. If you were the campaign manager and wanted to run a similar campaign in the near future, then you would probably want to consider reaching out to more students, maybe through online or offline channels. 

Thus, data visualisation plays an important role in making sense of or deriving important insights from data.
