Brand is the identity of your company, its values, and what your customers and community can expect from the way you interact with them and the service/products you offer.
Brand communication is an important brand management tool with which a brand communicates their identity by enlightening, persuading and reminding their stakeholders about themselves, their strengths, values, fundamentals, and products and service offerings.
To make it easier to understand, if brand identity were a person, then brand communication would be that person’s behaviour. Imagine a strict school teacher. Brand identity would be analogous to the personality traits of the teacher. Hence, it would include attributes like serious, stern, logical, calm and composed, etc.
On the other hand, brand communications would be analogous to the behaviour of the school teacher. Hence, it would include the way they walk, in a strict manner, the fact that they do not like jokes, talk about mathematical problems all the time, etc.
