Printing and Page Layout in Excel

In this segment, you'll learn how to print an Excel sheet. If you've not tried printing a spreadsheet before, you'll see that there are a number of important steps involved in the seemingly trivial task. The objective is to learn the techniques to print an Excel spreadsheet in as few pages as possible with the best possible readability.

It is also possible to convert the printable spreadsheet into a more readable PDF. You'll learn to that in the following short video. 

A key advantage of using PDFs is that the users cannot fiddle with the data, which is often how you want it. This apart, there are ways to ensure security in the Excel format also by putting passwords and limiting users to perform only certain allowed tasks. You'll learn to do that in the next segment.
