Now that you have learnt how to do deep research and build your arguments, let’s learn how to convey those arguments, facts or figures to your relevant audience. How can you make the data or facts simple and crisp for your audience?
Let’s hear from Rakesh as he shares some insights on this topic:
Your data-heavy report or research might not be understood clearly by your audience. In addition to completing your research properly, it is equally important to share that data in a format that is well understood by your audience. The argument that you want to convey and the data that you want to share with your audience should also be represented visually.
For example, your audience might not understand the numbers and figures quoted by you, but if you give an analogy with something simpler, the readers or audience will easily understand it.
At this stage, you need to apply powerful cognitive skills in order to convert facts and data-heavy research into easily digestible details. For example, in the Sherlock Holmes series, difficult facts are portrayed in a simple manner.
Therefore, along with understanding the various aspects of deep research and building appropriate arguments, you also need to convert those arguments into an effortless and simpler manner so that everyone understands them.
