Why Soft Skills Matters for Lawyers?

A lawyer should have solid soft skills in addition to legal knowledge to establish a good reputations and gain respect and appreciation for the kind of work they do. Lawyers has to be proficient in both writing and spoken communication. They must be able to communicate clearly in a variety of situations, including courtrooms, client meetings, authoring briefs, contracts, and emails. They need good communication abilities to craft convincing arguments that can influence others.
