At the end of the video, you saw the salesperson implementing all the elements of voice, covered in this segment, to communicate effectively with the customer. He used a balanced mix of high pitch, low pitch, emphasis and pauses to get his message across. He also spoke at an appropriate rate and loud enough to be clearly heard by the listener.
